What you are booking

A private day tour for your party, in a five-seat car with air conditioning, hosted and driven by Frazer. The price covers pickup and return in Bath, the full route, and a set lunch for each guest. It does not cover drinks, anything ordered beyond the set lunch, or entry to any paid attraction.

Party size

Up to four guests. The car and guide are charged once for the party; the set lunch is charged for each guest. If your party size changes, tell us as soon as you can. The total and the pub order both need updating, and the pub needs several days’ notice.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment has cleared and we have emailed you a confirmation.

If you cancel

Cancel more than 30 days before your date and we refund in full. Between 30 and 14 days we refund half. Inside 14 days we cannot refund, because the day is held for you and the pub booking is committed. We will always try to move you to another date instead if one is free.

If we cancel

If we cannot run your day for any reason (vehicle, illness, or genuinely unsafe driving conditions), you choose between another date and a full refund. That includes weather severe enough to make the roads unsafe. Ordinary Cotswold rain is not a cancellation.

Changes to the route

Timings are indicative and Frazer may adjust the order or length of stops on the day, for traffic, weather or because somewhere is worth longer. If a stop cannot be reached at all, we substitute somewhere comparable.

Your responsibilities

Be at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time, tell us about dietary requirements and access needs when you book, and treat the vehicle and the places we visit with reasonable care.

Complaints

Tell Frazer on the day if something is wrong, so it can be put right while you are still here. If that is not possible, contact us afterwards and we will deal with it properly.
